The Client

Glasgow Clyde College is one of the city’s leading colleges with 3 campuses spread around Glasgow, one in Cardonald, Anniesland & Langside. The three colleges amalgamated in 2013 to become one of the biggest institutions in education in Scotland.

Each semester Glasgow Clyde College provide exceptional teaching standards to over 27,000 full-time and part-time students.

The Strategy

With the amalgamation in 2013, GCC merged the 3 existing websites into one. Post-launch, the client required an audit in order to maximise traffic potential from organic search.

The Results

Once the audit was complete and the recommendations were implemented traffic increased 37%, Keyword rankings for ‘course’ type keywords dominated 1st page rankings in Google, Bing and Yahoo.
