Call On Me: Having The Right Info

This week Google released the results of a new survey showing just how important it was for businesses to have their phone number listed along with their business info.

The practice of someone using the service is aptly named ‘Click to Call’. It’s simply a method where by listing your company’s number, Google will add a call button to the search result. This only happens on mobile searches. So just imagine that people using this service are on the move and want results quickly. This simple button opens up a easier level of exchange to take place.

There are several reasons as to why they do this including: finding business hours, wanting to talk to a real person, make an appointment/reservation and finding out more info.
